Deliver a Step Above What is Expected by Clients
What to Expect
We share information about all three of us with prospective clients and let them start with the coach that resonates with them and/or best meets their scheduling needs.
We encourage clients to work with any of us even after establishing with one of us if they want to take advantage of our unique skills and offerings.
We offer to record sessions and encourage clients to listen to the recordings after each session in order to expand the effectiveness of the session.
We do not work under our licenses for our coaching work so that we can offer the maximum amount of flexibility for our clients. For this reason, we do not accept or bill insurance for payment.
We encourage our clients to take advantage of the educational tools we have created as a way to understand the theories and language we use in a much more cost effective way than learning it from us live. Then when we work with clients live we can hit the ground running to personalize the theories and understanding into a framework that works best for them.
We share relevant information and support each other through ‘collaboration of care’ which gives our clients the benefit of all of us.
We do not require a set number of sessions - we like to trust the clients to know how often and for how long they need our support. We will make suggestions, but only in collaboration for making that decision with clients.
After each session, we will bill you by the minute through PayPal. Therefore, you'll need to share with us your email address associated with a PayPal account when you book an appointment.
Some clients want to start strong and meet weekly to dive into areas of interest, then taper off once the pressing issues feel less threatening. Some folks like to have a monthly or quarterly “check up”.
We work with individuals, couples and moresomes always focusing on the relationship(s) as our clients. This means if we have feedback for any of the individuals in the relationship about how they might be helping or hurting our client (the relationship), we will certainly share that information.
See below for additional information about each of our coaches and to book an appointment!

My “superpower” is seeing communication and relational patterns from the “top row of the bleachers.” From that vantage point, I am able to guide clients to better understand themselves and their partner(s). I use a variety of psychological theories and methods to do this and help them create the security they need in order to have the excitement and variety they crave.
I use attachment theory to help them understand perceived threats. I introduce them to their inner characters that are often fighting to be heard - and what can make us feel crazy when those characters disagree about the presenting situation. Once they learn how to manage perceived threats and inner characters and keep their “lids” on, then we work on identifying communication pitfalls and learning better communication skills.
I also bring in somatic awareness and breathing and meditation tools from my work as a Registered Yoga Teacher.

Certified Enneagram Coach
I help couples and individuals have that light bulb moment where they realize what is getting in their way or what they need more or less of. I do that by asking lots of questions. I help couples to identify that there are always at least three parties in each couples session, both partners and their relationship all have needs, desires and need a voice in the room.
I work with couples often around codependency. This is such a common denominator with high functioning couples who come to ethical non-monogamy. Those tendencies tend to come into conflict with the newness and growth and learning that happens on that journey and I teach couples how to not fear all of that but to see the benefit that it brings to their relationship and to each of them as they become more secure as a unit but also as their own interdependent selves.
I am also an Enneagram Coach so I use this tool to really help individuals and couples get to know themselves more deeply and from that place accept who they are, share that with those they love and ask for what they need and want while setting boundaries around what they don't.
I also use my training from The Adult Chair to help people identify and meet their inner parts, see and accept these parts of themselves that developed long ago trying to protect them but are getting in their way now as adults, jealous parts, resistant parts, angry parts they all have something to teach us if we can gain their trust and listen after that they tend to quiet down and not get in our paths as much.

About
I enjoy challenging couples and guiding them to reach an understanding of one another especially in regards to ethical non-monogamy (ENM). I also work to change and challenge perspectives; which allows for walls to come down and the creation of deeper emotional safety. I bring trauma and communication styles into awareness in order to ask for what you want in a way that keeps you in your values, feeling heard, and respected.
I incorporate Dialectical Behavior Therapy skills to manage heightened emotions. I invite couples to create their own language around ENM to engage in grounding work and boundary check ins.I would love to come along side you, your partner, and your moresomes to provide support with insecurities, performance anxiety, hyper-vigilance, religious inner critics, and negative self talk.
Being certified in both sex therapy and trauma therapy I hope to provide a wealth of knowledge, empathy, and skill building to the sessions.

About
With clinical training in social work, commitment to personal growth, and firm belief in the transformational power of relationships, I help clients challenge the status quo as they design and nurture their own relationships while navigating the complexities of open relating. My own journey and cautionary tales, training in Relational Life Therapy, and a passion for the Enneagram all inform my approach. In the spirit of "nothing happens in a vacuum," I bring a systems perspective to my practice, incorporating elements of both personal growth work and relational skill building.
My coaching style is conversational with a warm, compassionate, and empathic tone. However, I do not shy away from being direct, offering alternate perspectives to challenge clients out of their comfort zones and spur growth.
I enjoy working with all clients along the ENM spectrum from those in the beginning stages to those in multi-partner dynamics. I also have a personal interest in men's issues, exploring the interplay of the masculine and feminine in all of us and how that manifests in relationships.
Jason's rate is $165 per hour or $250 per 90 minutes.
