Share a concern about harm, misconduct, or boundary violations involving an Expansive Connection coach or team member—whether you experienced it, witnessed it, or learned about it.

Share only what feels comfortable. You don’t need proof, a complete account, or to contact the person involved first. You don’t need to know what to call it.

This form is not monitored continuously and is not for emergency assistance.
