Coaching Is Not Therapy or Crisis Care

Expansive Connection provides coaching and educational services. Coaching is not psychotherapy, mental-health counseling, medical care, diagnosis, treatment, or crisis intervention. Our website and offerings are educational and are not a substitute for care from a licensed medical or mental-health professional.

If you need diagnosis, mental-health treatment, or medical advice, seek help from an appropriately licensed professional. If you are experiencing an emergency or crisis, call 911 or contact the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.

Coaching and educational offerings do not guarantee any specific personal, relationship, or business outcome.

Community standards

Acceptable Use

You may not use the website or our services to:

• Harass, threaten, impersonate, defraud, harm, or violate another person’s rights.
• Engage in unlawful activity, disrupt systems, upload malicious code, or interfere with security features.
• Access accounts, systems, or data without authorization.
• Scrape or automate access without written permission.
• Collect information about others without consent.
• Send unauthorized advertising or commercial solicitations.

We may investigate suspected violations, preserve relevant records, suspend or terminate access, and cooperate with lawful requests from courts, regulators, or law enforcement. Any disclosure will be limited to information reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect rights or safety, prevent fraud or abuse, or comply with law.

Important limitations

Disclaimers and Liability

The website and its materials are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted access, complete accuracy, or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Expansive Connection is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. These Terms do not state a fixed total-liability cap and do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We are not responsible for delays or nonperformance caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including outages, disasters, government actions, or serious illness.

Responsibility for claims

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Expansive Connection against third-party claims arising from your unlawful conduct, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights, including reasonable legal fees and costs.

You must reasonably cooperate in the defense. Expansive Connection does not have unilateral control over the defense or settlement. Neither party may settle a claim in a way that imposes liability, an admission, or obligations on the other party without that party’s written consent, which may not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned, or delayed.

General terms

How these Terms work.

If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. A failure to enforce a provision once does not waive the right to enforce it later. These Terms and any applicable service agreement form the entire agreement for their subject matter.

You may not transfer or assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. Expansive Connection may not automatically assign these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale.

Checking an acceptance box, submitting a registration, or completing payment has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature. Formal notices may be sent by email and are considered received when sent unless the sender receives a delivery-failure notice. You are responsible for keeping your email address current.

Intellectual-property ownership, confidentiality, disclaimers, liability limitations, dispute provisions, indemnification obligations, and payment or other obligations that arose before termination remain effective after these Terms end.
